Mr. Swain has over twenty years of experience providing technical expertise in conducting complex inspections, plan reviews and customer service functions. He performs a wide variety of inspections including building inspections, construction inspections and inspections related to the City’s ordinances; and interpret and enforce regulations on building, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, formed based codes and sign codes.
